TantaWear Apparel Returns and Exchanges Policy

While we are sure you will be happy with your purchase, we want to make sure you satisfied with your TantaWear experience by making returns as convenient as possible. Therefore, we offer both returns and exchanges for eligible apparel items. Please review our updated policy below:

Return Period:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for eligible apparel items. We must receive your return or exchange request within this period for it to be eligible.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, apparel items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
  • Apparel items that have been damaged, altered, or washed, are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Some items may be non-returnable, such as final sale items, underwear, and swimwear. These exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page.

Return Fee:

  • There is no fee on returns or for a first exchange, however, we reserve the right to charge a fee of $8.95 to cover shipping and restocking costs for multiple returns on the same order. 

Initiating a Return or Exchange:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@tantawear.com with the following information:
  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • The reason for the return or exchange
  • Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions on how to complete your return or exchange.

    Processing Time:

    • For returns, once we receive your items, please allow up to 10 business days for us to inspect the returned items and process your refund.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • For exchanges, we will process and ship out the replacement item(s) as soon as possible after receiving your return.

    Consideration on an Individual Basis:

    • We reserve the right to consider cases on an individual basis.
