Nuovola Olive

I absolutely love this raincoat: first, of course, how waterproof it is. I’ve worn in it walking in downpours and have stayed completely dry. Then the style and fit is beautiful. I love the olive color. The hood lining makes it comfy to wear and the bill keeps my face dry. The one thing I do not like are the pockets: while roomy enough to hold a phone, keys, or small wallet, the too-tight openings make really difficult to put anything inside, access, or to keep my hands warm. A chest pocket, like on the men’s jackets, would have been a nice feature to carry cards or other small items. I think it will be too hot to wear in the summer, but it’s perfect for Michigan fall weather, and with layers and a down vest, it’s a good winter raincoat. Overall, the quality, design, and price make this a favorite, even despite the horrible pockets.
